A Sound therapy session has the creation of healing sound of crystal bowls, drumming, tuning forks and tebetan bowls.
What is a Sharman Drum?
My drums are made by an American Indian healer. I connect into an energy and run the sound over people. Each time I thrum the drum it sounds differently on peoples bodies as each person needs different sound to heal. I use the drum in sound therapy sessions to create a rest in the mind and body. I have seen vortexes through the drum into people's bodies. This is a very powerful tool, one I use with much honour
What is a Tuning fork?
A tuning fork is a finely engineered two pronged device, cut with percision to produce a certain sound wave- "Hertz" ( unit of frequency) which in turn creates a certain resonating pitch.
How does the Tuning Fork work?
With out getting too technical and staying within the healing field- The tuning fork is struck by a rubber hammer or puck, the tines start to vibrate and produce a disturbance in the air molecules. This disturbance creates change in the most finest ways and when placed on the body or through air- around the body, the sound waves create a harmony of balance to ill balance. Because the body is a high percentage of water, the sounds generates a party of healing within the body to a cellular level and around the body within the electro magnet field
Tebetan Bowls have a resonnance of their own, so soulful and so deep- nurtures the whole mind and body.
Mixed all those sounds together and you get one powerful healing for each chakra, for the mind and body. You will feel lighter, empowered, clear in the mind body and soul.

A Tuning Fork session
A tuning fork session consists of 1.5 hours of pure healing, using otto Tuning forks on the body and tuning forks in your electro magnetic field, in other words your Aura.
Stepping back into each person's field from birth, I clear blockages from your past to now, its quick and results are benificial for ones mind and benefical for ones body. physical or emotional issues can be the result of causing blocks , stopping you from moving forward. The pitch of a specific fork in certain chakra sections in ones aura will clear ill balance . Its an incredible journey of healing and finding balance.
Fantastic for grief, hurt, sadness, frustration, honestly, half the time you arent even aware you are holding onto the past events! Yet these blocks can manifest into not moving forward in life or manifest into ill health!
Each session uses two different types of tuning forks. Some sets of tuning forks work on sound pitches outside of the body and some-(The Otto Tuning forks), work on and in the the body. Using deep vibrations of sound to clear health issues, balance organs, hips, clear heyfever, migraines, knots in muscles, nerve damage, reproductive issues, hormone related issues- balancing of adrenal system., nervous system......
The list really does go on! They are gentle and amazing to feel.

- Front and back of client is healed through accupresure points and chakra points
- Balancing chakras,
- Clearing energy blocks around client's aura- emotionsal clearing to clearing the manifestion of future issues- eg stress, anxiety, frustration ect.
- Assisting to harmonise internal issues within the body.
- Reflexology points on feet and accupressure points on the body are used with the forks to go deep for healings to occur
- Singing bowls to give another depth of sound and vibration.
