Then onto the massage table for a deep relaxing massage.. Using Bach flowers to personalise the healing massage for individuals creating the blends needed to balance. Using Reiki to align spines, hips, shoulders necks, in a gentle fashion. This isn't a painful massage it is deep healing and completely  realigning!

 Personalised  massage oil created to balance ones mind and body. Bach flowers added as well asessential oils to crete just the right natural flow to gift you skin. My hands radiate reiki as I flow relaxing deep strokes right into muscles that need relaxing. Its thorough, professional and leaves you in a state of just being. 
Then into the infrared sauna for 40 minutes to detox and deep into muscles, joints. Oh its relaxing, its gentle and its natural.

Then onto the massage table, fully clothed for a treatment of Reiki. cleansing all chakra points,  deeply tuning your body to its full physical potential. Starting from the top of the head to the tips of your toes, then turning over we work on your spines, neck and hips, knees and feet. Detoxifying the mind and bringing a fresh energy of peace and clarity.  Clearing shock and trauma and bringing positive emotions into your future Then a soothing detoxifying foot massage/, administering reflexology points to bring  the detox to an even deeper level. essential oils and Bach flowers are use to create an individual blend just right for you. This is a detox of the Mind and body!
