My Mind Therapy creates a platform where clients can confidently find their true selves. We clear the slate of past which is any emotions- (easily) any root causes of emotions or ill health, eliminate shock or post trauma and assist with the process of grieving plus so much more. 
Whether help is needed with  eliminating emotions such as depression, sadness, grief, shock, fear or physical problems such as back alignments or deeper issues from ill health or accidents.  I unravel the conscious and unconscious and super conscious minds to bring the body and mind back into balance with peace. 
My experience has taken me internationally to Perth, Australia in a very busy wellness centre, To here in N.Z.
 I have zoom consults around the world and within my  centre.

Each client I have is treated with the utmost respect and  confidence. My practice has a relaxed atmosphere, where the door is fully open to receive all clients that want change. Ages of people who come for Mind Therapy- 5 years old and up! Fantastic for children and adults being bullied!

What should you expect from a session of Mind Therapy

1.  Having a 1.5hr  first session of  Hypnotherapy/Mindtherapy.
2.  Talking about what you want to rid or change.
3. I quickly analyse what is needed for your session. ( Personalised  strategies)
4. Talk the session through with you- ( what will be involved ect for your change). You will know every step of the way!
5. In every process you will be comfortable within yourself and if necessary confident and peaceful "boosters" will be given.  (fast acting tools for clients to use within a session.) I work to the client's pace to make them feel comfortable and in control.
6. Each client clears emotions coming up and works on the deeper clearing for change. Its quick ,powerful and effective
7. At the end of the session you will have  cleared negative emotions linked to the past and  present therefor effecting your future happiness. you will feel peace. You will instantly feel change and when stepping back into your life, you will be observing life in a different positive way.
8. Depending on individual cases- you may need 1-3 sessions. Tools will be given for you to use in every day circumstances that you wont even have to think about!

I came to Leticia in a very poor emotional shape. My 29-year-old son had taken his life In December 2020 and I was diagnosed that same year with stage 4 cancer. 
 Whilst I was doing all I could to get support and help, I was truly broken by losing my son and suffering terribly.
I had no expectation of what Reiki could do for me but Leticia was well recommended and at the very least I knew I would not feel worse.
 My Reiki treatment was a profound and deeply relaxing experience. A spiritual massage one could say. I knew I felt lighter.
After my session we talked about what else could be really helpful to me and Leticia described a process she does called Mind Therapy that would “clear” my grief and quite possible connect my soul with my sons. 
 Without taking you through the whole process, the end result was that my grief did clear; I now have a hard time accessing the suffering.
As for connecting with my son, I did and to feel the power of his love and be able to hold him in the power of mine was beautiful and so healing.  I no longer feel that my son is dead.
 The important thing is I could not have done this without Leticia’s skill.
She inspires such trust, which I needed to feel in order to take this journey into the unknown. 
But I knew she was with me every step of the way. What I felt, she felt. It is a quite extraordinary skill and is totally underpinned by her love and her desire to heal others.
