#3 Healing old hurts -Hypno Meditation -Heart centred.

We are here first to set intentions and release expectations within this journey of being. The medicine will deliver on your truest need, and the secret is that, sometimes, you don’t even see that yourself.  Covered through life itself. You are working with some of the oldest beings/ plants on earth. It has literally seen it all, and there is no way you can lie to it. It sees you from a larger perspective than you see yourself. This is why your intention must carry emotion.

 

An intention devoid of emotion is a layered level of thinking to cover over the truer intention – the one perhaps you are afraid to claim for yourself. The medicine, will dig its way through that thought defence in order to get at your true intention, and that can be very uncomfortable. Remember that everything that happens in each session can be – beautiful to uncomfortable –it  is the medicine working with you, teaching, releasing, and re-organizing energies. As above, so below., so the divine energy flows.

This lovely lady listened to one shamanic Hypno each week for four weeks- This is what she wrote describing her journey:

 

I honestly feel like a different person and the biggest difference has been my mental space. I no longer self doubt, I am more authentically me and don’t feel the need to people please or get approval from others for me being me. Here is what I have written for each session. 

 

Week 1: Hypno 1

 

This was an incredible journey, it opened my third eye wide open and I felt as though my awareness was far more expansive. I felt a deep sense of being home. 

Week 2: Hypno 2

 

I fell into a deep sleep for this journey but when I woke up, I felt calm and a sense of peace. My mind was clear and I noticed I was far less fazed by situations that would have normally been more concerning or had me worrying. I was also feeling emotions come to the surface and I could move through them at a much faster rate than I have been able to do in the past.

Week 3: Hypno 3

 

I fell into a deep sleep for this one but I felt my ego had reduced and my mental space was far better off. I had incredible dreams flowing after this meditation.

Week 4: Hypno 5

 

I had an incredible visual journey as I stayed away for most of it. I felt free and ready to take on the world. I have noticed my spiritual abilities have enhanced. I am able to receive clearer guidance and more sophisticated imagery and I’m more intune with my intuition.
