Each instrument is tuned to different frequencies that work to restore balance, clear emotional blockages, and create a soothing space for both mind and body. Guided by intuition, I use an American Indian-crafted Shaman drum, which resonates uniquely with each individual, helping to release tension and allow for a deep, meditative state.

I will begin by tuning into your energy and focusing on acupressure points along the body to release tension and align chakras. As the session progresses, each instrument’s unique frequency helps clear emotional and physical blockages, harmonizing your energy field. The experience is gentle yet powerful, with soothing vibrations bringing about balance and inner clarity. ​
